Since 2011, VFit has been delivering training classes that focus on a variety of fitness disciplines including Fat Burning, Lean Muscle Building, Toning, Cardiovascular Training, Strength Training and Sports Performance Training to fitness enthusiast, collegiate and pro athletes. Our signature 45 minute workouts include 20-25 minutes of cardiovascular interval training routines and 20-25 minutes of strength training utilizing, body weight, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, cardio steps and other fitness equipment. Each exercise incorporates a modified version for those who are beginners in their fitness exercise journey. Trainers, muscle groups and even workout segments vary throughout the week so that no class is ever the same.
Our innovative program works to promote "Muscle Confusion" and Muscle "Shock" to the body in the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight, build Lean muscle or help those who look to gain weight. Our trainers promote a positive, supportive environment that will help you break past your own personal boundaries. Regardless of fitness level, you can burn up to 1,000 calories in our training classes.
