ALAYNA PABST | TRAINER

I am proud to say I am a Hoosier through and through, born and raised here, grew up in Carmel, IN and then moved to Brownsburg in 2007 with my husband, Shawn. We absolutely love the strong sense of community here. During my college years at IUPUI and then as a newlywed, I began to put my health on the back burner. I was not working out or eating the way I should have been. When Shawn and I were ready to start a family in August 2011, I tipped the scales at 266lbs and at 5' 5" tall. I made the decision right then and there to change my habits since having high blood pressure and being overweight, and considered a "high risk pregnancy was not healthy for my future family. Our first child, Broderick, was my saving grace and the spark I needed to take action. During my pregnancy with him, I started walking and eating a healthy balanced diet. Under my doctor's supervision, I was able to lose 30lbs during my first pregnancy. Shortly after Broderick was born, I started taking group fitness classes and keeping a food journal. By Broderick's first birthday in April 2013, I had lost 90lbs and happily discovered we were expecting our daughter, Bristol that December 2013. My experience was completely different with Bristol as I had already formed healthy habits and no longer had high blood pressure.  In January 2015, I had lost a total of 124lbs! It was not an easy journey, but I am proud that I lost my weight using no gimmicks or crazy programs- just hard work, consistency and dedication. I found my passion for fitness and all that a healthy lifestyle can provide. I truly felt like I was actually living my life to my potential and to the fullest, life seemed so much clearer when I had control over my health.  I love teaching group fitness classes and watching others on their journey. The atmosphere at VFit is very encouraging, infectious and a place I feel blessed and excited to be a part of.  I hope I can help be that spark for someone on their journey.  If I can do it, YOU can do it too.  I am here to help!  We are all on this journey together.

3 Day Adult Pass

These muscle building/toning strength base training classes that focuses on body strength. Using body weight and bands weight training, plyometrics and traditional callisthenic exercises, VFit targets every part of the body.

2 for 1 Athlete Pass

Cardio / Core day - This day will be a mix of interval cardio and core movements. - Running should be done at around 80-90% effort. - Groups will do one exercise all the way through then move to the next.

Clean Nutrition

These muscle building/toning strength base training classes that focuses on body strength. Using body weight and bands weight training, plyometrics and traditional callisthenic exercises, VFit targets every part of the body.
