CARISSA DAMLER | TRAINER

Hello Everyone! Brownsburg has been my home for my entire life, and I am very happy to be back here for good. Early on I was instilled an extreme work ethic and a sense of responsibility from my parents. We started up our Horse Ranch, Natural Valley Ranch, when I was 10 years old and from that point on my siblings and I (all 6 of us) learned what it was like to work hard. I am thankful my parents gave us that sense of responsibility at such a young age because I have used it my entire life to get me where I am today.  During my spare time I was involved in several sports as a young child and as I got older those sports narrowed down to Cross-Country, Track & Field, Summer League Softball and Volleyball. After my Freshman year of high school, I dropped all other sports and focused all my time and energy on Volleyball. It was with Volleyball that I went on to play collegiately at Purdue University. I played 4 years there where we went to the NCAA Tournament 3 out of the 4 years and advanced past the first round every year. I graduated from Purdue with a degree in Industrial Management and then went on to do a year at Arkansas State as a Graduate Assistant for their Women’s Volleyball team and got my Masters in Sports Administration. During that year I discovered that coaching collegiately was not for me and I moved back to Brownsburg. I am currently a Sales Associate at Performance Stoneworks, a Home Remodeling Company, during the day and I will be at VFit in the evenings. VFit has been my home since 2012 and having the ability to be back as a Trainer and spread my love of health and fitness is a blessing. To be involved with a gym that allows all sizes, ages, athletic ability and fitness backgrounds to come together to become on VFit Maniac Family is a gift! I am proud to be a part of this family and get to know every one of our Maniacs!

3 Day Adult Pass

These muscle building/toning strength base training classes that focuses on body strength. Using body weight and bands weight training, plyometrics and traditional callisthenic exercises, VFit targets every part of the body.

2 for 1 Athlete Pass

Cardio / Core day - This day will be a mix of interval cardio and core movements. - Running should be done at around 80-90% effort. - Groups will do one exercise all the way through then move to the next.

Clean Nutrition
