ADULT FITNESS 3 DAY ROOKIE PASS & MORE
Our innovative program works to promote "Muscle Confusion" and Muscle "Shock" to the body in the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight, build Lean muscle or help those who look to gain weight. Our trainers promote a positive, supportive environment that will help you break past your own personal boundaries. Regardless of fitness level, you can burn up to 1,000 calories in our training classes. You will see and feel results right away in a thumping music-filled environment where every class feels new, fun and exciting.
2 for 1 Rookie Pass
These muscle building/toning strength base training classes that focuses on body strength. Using body weight and bands weight training, plyometrics and traditional callisthenic exercises, VFit targets every part of the body.
2 for 1 Athlete Pass
Cardio / Core day - This day will be a mix of interval cardio and core movements. - Running should be done at around 80-90% effort. - Groups will do one exercise all the way through then move to the next.

We believe that in order to reach your peak performance on the Turf, you need to fuel your body properly. Training like an Athlete requires endurance, agility, strength, speed, flexibility, and the proper fuel to rebuild, maintain, and increase lean muscle mass.
